While comedian Chris Rock was presenting the academy award for the best documentary feature, the ace comedian and actor made a joke about Jada Smith, which made Will Smith walk to the stage and smack Chris right across the face.

In one episode of her Facebook Watch show, “The Red table talk”, Jada Smith talked about her diagnosis and described how scared she felt when her hair started falling out. The same year Jada would eventually shave off her hair as she revealed in her own words that she “was starting to embrace her diagnosis.” The 94th Academy Awards broadcast live on March 2022 and Jada rocked the event dressed in a billowing green Jean-Paul Gaultier gown. Her new look complemented her glowing skin.
