Was Bruce Lee really good at fighting? Never seen a comprehensive video assessing it, giving him the fair analysis from all ends. The answer is, yes and no.
Yes, he was a superb athlete, but there is little evidence of him proving it against the best non-karate fighters. Technically speaking, his sparring and training footage would fail technical assessments… but that doesn’t mean he can’t fight!
