I wanted to continue the Terminator 7 trailer series hopefully reach 10 depending on the clips available. Fortunately we have fresh clips for Arnold form his movies. I started this dream trailer a little different compare to the previews version. That being the first focus is Robocop cop instead of Arnold. This gives Arnold an opportunity to shine as Terminator. I found this great fan film of Robocop in the rain which I edited to show him watching the Terminator arrive to his Earth. (Clip from Terminator Genisys)
Another first time was instead of making the two fight, this time they are working together as a team. “Join my alliance” line from Mobile Strike commercial, added to imply this. “I know I got to join this fight” line is meant to be the answer of Robocop. (from REVOLT film). Then to show them working together I edited Robocop driving a cop car with Arnold in it. For them to work together we needed a bad guy, which I made to be T-1000 played by Robert Patrick, a throwback to Terminator 2. Then to keep the music fresh, I used Venom teaser music with the Terminator genisys sound for the theme song. This is one of those trailers I made that I had low expectations for the result. Fortunately it was better than I thought was going to be.
