As Venom: Let There Be Carnage had the biggest box office opening since the pandemic, beating Marvel’s Shang-Chi and the Ten Rings and Black Widow, we are pretty much guaranteed another Venom sequel.
There are many possibilities for this sequel, including the introduction of other famous symbiotes (such as Anti-Venom or Scream). However, this trailer sees an appearance of the one character we really want to see go head to head with Eddie Brock… Spider-Man!
Due to the disruption of the Multiverse created in Spider-Man: No Way Home, Eddie gets sucked into the MCU and comes face to face with Peter. Their interaction allows Peter to retrieve some of the symbiote, which is eventually combined with his suit.
Wearing the black suit has many new advantages but is not without dire consequences as Peter learns just why the symbiote is so dangerous.
